Terms and Conditions

TruckHD.com does not limit or guarantee the amount a member
will receive. The volume a member and his/her referral group receives
is based on their participation and interests, and on advertising
availability in the members categories of interest.
An individual may only sign up once, violation of this will cause all
accounts for that individual to be deleted, and make that individual
ineligible to be a member. Payment will be sent monthly in the form of
a check or Paypal account once a member has accumulated $25 in their
account. This program is currently available Internationally, if the
country that the member lives in does not have laws restricting them
from being members. Payments will be sent only once a members account
accumulates $50 for any member residing outside the USA and Canada.
TruckHD.com reserves the right and privilege to remove any
member at any time without prior or written notification.
Percentage rates, and all other terms of this agreement are subject to
change at any time without prior notification or approval of the
members.

AntiSpam Policy
TruckHD.com prohibits members from sending unsolicited mass
emails or spam, via email, Usenet, IRC, Chat, Social media or any
other form. Any member using spamming techniques for soliciting
referrals will be terminated immediately and will not be eligible to
participate in this program, or receive payment Indefinitely!

Limitation of Liability
NEITHER TruckHD.COM NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, MEMBERS,
SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSERS, OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO
USE THE Homemade Crusade.COM MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. FURTHER, Homemade
Crusade.COM NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES,
SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO MESSAGES RECEIVED
OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE MEMBERSHIP SERVICE OR
RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER’S
TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NEITHER
TruckHD.COM NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES,
AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR
EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH
OF SECURITY, HACKERS, INDUSTRIAL SABOTAGE ETC.

MEMBER UNDERSTANDS AND EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE MEMBERSHIP
SERVICES OF Homemade Crusade.COM IS AT USER’S SOLE RISK. IT IS THE
MEMBERS INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH THEIR LOCAL LAWS AND
REGULATIONS THAT MAY AFFECT THEIR MEMBERSHIP. THE MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Homemade
Crusade.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Privacy Policy
In order to sign up as a member of TruckHD.com, you need to
fill out our join form and supply us with your name address and
demographic information TruckHD.com only gives out consumer
demographic information, in order to attract advertisers. Your name,
address, or other personally identifiable information will NOT be
given to any outside parties without your consent. From time to time,
TruckHD.com may enter business relationships that would allow
outside parties to send additional emails to you for which you will
also earn money when you click. These emails will typically still be
identified as coming “from” TruckHD. In each case, you will be
notified of the opportunity to receive additional email from the third
party and you will be able to easily opt-in or opt-out of the program,
on a program-by-program basis prior to ANY of your demographic
information or email address being shared with an outside party.
Please remember, you can unsubscribe from any Homemade Crusade or
partner program by responding to the “unsubscribe” link that is posted
at the footer of every email you will receive from Homemade Crusade or
our partners. No outside agency can or will be able to contact you
without going through TruckHD.com. The information we collect
is for the sole purpose of bringing you targeted advertising and will
be used to bring you discounts and profits for your participation in
our program. We will not give out any of the information you provide
on the sign up form to any advertisers, or others. If at any time, you
would like to modify personal information held with
TruckHD.com you can simply log into your account using your
username and password and then click on the profile tab.There you will
find a form that allows you to modify all of your user information
with the exception of the username. If you need to modify your
username, You will need to cancel your membership and join as a new
member. Credits, cash, and your referral downline will not be
transferred to your new account. If at any time, you would like to
remove your personal information from TruckHD.com and you
would like to terminate your membership, please send an email to
support@TruckHD.com. Please include your username, password,
and reason for cancellation. You will be notified by email upon
removal of your information and membership. TruckHD.com will
often provide opportunities with our affiliates and advertisers.
Periodically, these affiliates and advertisers will request that you
give your personal information to them in exchange for their services
or goods. Participation in these programs is completely voluntary and
you are under no obligation to disclose any information at any time
and TruckHD.com can not be held responsible for any
information, services or goods that you exchange with our affiliates
or advertisers.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse,
and alteration of the information under our control. We use top
industry standard procedures and processes to safeguard the
confidentiality of your identifiable personal information, such as
firewalls, encryption, token authentication, application proxies,

track abuse of our network and its data. Unfortunately, when you
submit information about yourself to TruckHD.com over the
Internet the information may travel over many systems that are not

Parents
If you have a child you do not want participating in this program
please contact support by Clicking Here and provide the Child’s
username, password, and date of birth. Changes to the Policy By
registering as a member at TruckHD.com, you agree to accept
this privacy policy and are aware that our policy may change from time
to time, but personally identifiable information will always be
protected. This policy will be available on this page for members to
read at their convenience.
